You can schedule an appointment based on your location preference below.
ATTENTION – Vision Insurance Information must be provided at the time of making the appointment since the doctor no longer gets an authorization at the time of the visit. Otherwise, the appointment will be cancelled. If your insurance provider is not listed on the web site, you must call before making the appointment.
Both practices are located inside Sam’s Club optical. All appointments between Friday and Monday are at our Gatlin location. We are at our US Highway 1 location on Tuesdays only. See our schedule below and click “Make Appointment” under the location that you wish to visit.
Walk-ins are welcome, but based on availability. It is not necessary to have a club membership to see the eye doctor.
